Before accessing the Referral Agreement, you must sign a confidentiality agreement.
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Nexus Recovery Trust, a Wyoming limited liability company (the "Company") and the undersigned Receiving Party.
The Company intends to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information to the Recipient for the sole purpose of evaluating a potential referral partnership with the Company's litigation finance operations focused on Bitcoin recovery claims.
"Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by the Company, including but not limited to: litigation targets, claims, strategies, and legal analyses; attorney work product; investment terms, structures, and financial projections; proprietary recovery methodologies; business plans, investor lists, and operational details.
The Recipient agrees to: (a) hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not disclose to any third party without prior written consent; (c) use Confidential Information solely for the Purpose; (d) protect with at least the same degree of care used for own confidential information.
This Agreement remains in effect for five (5) years from the date of execution. Obligations survive termination for any information disclosed during the term.
The Recipient acknowledges that breach may cause irreparable harm. The Company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
